For those Alva followers we typically have a brother/sister design strategy. Below is a little back story on how Brianna came to be…

Brian

Brian is a successful outdoor fixture for Alva. It is a clean, minimalist, form which works on most buildings. Specifiers like Brian’s simplicity.  It comes in various lengths and is Dark Sky compliant.  

When a specifier has a building with numerous square angles, we often recommend a fixture with round forms and curves. A curved fixture can offset the angles, producing a better overall design.

Thus, there was a clear need for a rounded form of Brian…

Brianna

Yes, Brianna is Brian’s sister.  Again, it is a clean minimalist aesthetic form.  The top portion is rounded to offset square angles on many buildings.

It is designed to throw light down just where you want it, lovely pools of light around the façades of a building. 

Brianna comes in two light patterns:

MT1 provides down light only, fully compliant with Dark Sky

MT2 provides both up and down light producing a beautiful up/down pattern of light

15.5” when a small sconce is applicable

31” will probably be our most popular size

46.5” when a large-scale fixture is needed
